Our services were established in 2001 and our passion is to help individuals, couples and parents on their journey of self-discovery, emotional healing, life-transformation, personal-empowerment, self-actualisation, striving towards self-transcendence and to fulfil their relationship building needs.
Assisting individuals to re-invent themselves – activating their own internal resources to achieve transformation and to develop personal excellence in all spheres of their lives including their interpersonal relationships with others.
We also proud ourselves in our Relationship Coaching programs – for Couples and Parents, that makes for improved communication, effective conflict resolution, self-discovery and loving/cordial, lasting relationships.
Our aim is to be of benefit to others to the best of our abilities, helping them to heal their lives and to empower them personally, professionally and within their relationships. Developing individuals, bettering family-life, work-life and communities at large!

With the powerful techniques of Hypnotherapy, I take you on a transformative journey towards healing and releasing emotional toxicity caused by past hurtful events, childhood-traumas or abusive relationships. Together, we unearth and release stuck emotional toxicity and chemicals from a cellular level, healing the body, mind and Soul.
In addition to the Private Practice services that are conducted in a one-on-one basis, I also provide a Premium Workshop and Course called Phoenix Life Transformation (PLT), that attains to the same healing, transformative and transcendence goals in group format.
I also provide Couple’s Relationship Coaching (CRC) and High Performance Parenting (HPP) programs, to not only practically resolve issues, but also to learn life-long communication & interpersonal-relationship skills that we all need to build loving, cordial relationships with those who matter the most in our lives.
